Who I Am

From the lecture halls of the University of Kerala, where I earned my MBA in Finance and Human Resources, to the vibrant corporate hub of Abu Dhabi, my career has been a journey across borders and perspectives. I began in my home state of Kerala, India, as an HR Assistant at SFO Technologies, where I learned to align business goals with human potential in a fast-paced industrial setting. Today, at NISCO General Contracting in Abu Dhabi, I bring that foundation to an international stage — managing HR operations, streamlining administrative functions, and fostering a culture where people and performance grow together. For me, HR is more than policies and processes; it’s about building bridges that connect diverse teams into one thriving community.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Managed the recruitment process for over 200 new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
Payroll Management: Processed payroll for over 400 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilized tools like MS Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to provide actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions.
